Payment Options

Bill payments can be made using any of the following procedures:

  • By mail
    You can mail your bill payment to West Kentucky RECC at the following address:

Please include your bill coupon with your payment.  If you are not able to include your bill coupon, please include your account number on your check.

  • In person
    Payment can be made at any of our three office locations (Mayfield, Murray, Benton).  Our offices accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) for payment.  Night depositories are available at all office locations.
  • Online
    Payment can be made online.
  • Bank Draft
    Funds will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account monthly at the time of your payment. If you would like to sign up for the bank draft option, please fill out the form below and bring it to one of our three office locations.
  • Credit Card Auto Pay
    This option is available only to those on our budget billing program and will automatically bill your credit card for your budget billing amount each month.
    If you would like to sign up for the recurring credit card payment option, please fill out the form below and bring it to one of our three office locations.
    NOTE: A 1.5% fee is added to all credit/debit card transactions.
  • Credit/Debit Card Pay by Phone
    West Kentucky RECC members may also choose to use an automated telephone system to pay using a credit or debit card. You may use either a landline or cell phone, and you must use the phone's keypad to enter the necessary payment information. To pay by phone using a credit or debit card, call 1-855-985-1137. Please click below to review the credit card payment instructions, as the steps have changed.
    NOTE: A 1.5% fee is added to all credit/debit card transactions.
