West kentucky Rural Electric has a new billing system that is more secure, more reliable and will enhance the services we can offer our members.
Your bill looks much the same, with one exception — your WKRECC account number is new! Please make note of the new number printed on your bill and use it for all future co-op business. Your account history and membership information are all the same, only the account number has changed.
If you pay your bill online through the WKRECC website, you will need to type in your new account number the next time you make a payment. Questions? Call us at 1-877-495-7322.
If you use your bank's online bill pay service, you will need to update the WKRECC biller information with your new account number. Log on to your bank's online bill pay service and find the section where you list the name, address and account numbers of the businesses you wish to pay. Edit the WKRECC entry to delete the old account number and enter the new one prior to paying your bill.
